InBody Body Composition Analysis
Are you having problems losing weight then regaining it back? Are you not sure how to start a weight loss and exercise plan? Do you give out of breath easily? Are you tired and lack energy? Has walking and standing from a chair become difficult?
Body composition analysis is the first step on your journey to good health.
Let Titan Training help you help yourself to better health.
Titan Training is now offering state of the art body composition analysis though a 15 second non-invasive full body scan. The Inbody scan not only examines the composition of your body, but also reveals percentage of body fat, muscle distribution, and body water components that are key in the understanding of your body.
Monitoring your weight is not enough and can be misleading when used as an indicator of health. Your body is a complex structure made of different components, such as body water, fat and muscle. Your body cannot be expressed with one simple number.
Taking the InBody test once will give you a snapshot of your body in that moment of time. However, taking the InBody test consistently, every 2-4 weeks will give you a timeline of your progress in health and fitness. You will be able to see the improvements from exercise and diet. If you have chosen a diet and or exercise plan on your own how do you know if it is working and is addressing all issues?
The InBody scan will reveal whether you are below average, average or above average in the following areas. Weight, dry lean mass, body fat and percentage of body fat mass. This information shows you what areas to focus on and a personalized plan to achieve your goals can be created.
The InBody scan will give you a Segmental Lean Analysis of the Lean Mass in each arm, legs and trunk. This will be expressed in weight and percentage. The percentage indicates whether or not the Lean Mass is capable of supporting the individual’s body weight. Each of these body areas can be addressed to achieve a full body balance. This is great for assessing frailty risk and fall risk in older or sedentary people.
